ABOUT ME
I am a fully qualified relationship counsellor, working with couples and individuals. I'm a firm
believer that when it comes to relationship problems it's better to talk – and I can help you with that.
I use an integrative counselling approach. This draws on different therapeutic styles, including
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), so I can use whichever is best for you.
The therapeutic relationship we build is at the heart of this.
Since the pandemic most of my sessions have taken place on Zoom. I will try to be
as flexible as possible in finding a convenient time.
I have moved from near Haslemere and now live in north Devon, near Ilfracombe.
